Connectyx Signs First BPO Contract in Diabetes Market with Offshore Call Center
October 09, 2012
Connectyx Technologies has signed its first Business Process Outsourcing contract and the company will coordinate the project with an offshore call center to screen diabetic patient leads through a BPO program with CallCenterTeam.com.
Connectyx Technologies, which provides unique products for the healthcare market, has planned the initial test launch within the next two weeks.
“We are excited about signing our first BRO contract a mere three weeks after signing a contract with CallCenterTeam.com,” said Ronn Schuman, CEO of Connectyx Technologies, in a statement. “With the multi-billion dollar Healthcare BPO market growing at an annual rate of 20 percent, we are very confident in establishing a market presence that will contribute to our profitability.”
This project is expected to give revenue of about $65,000 monthly assuming 1.5 sales per hour (SPR) and once the goal of 1.5 sales per hour (SPR) is reached, the client will expand to the full twenty-five agent headcount.
“This is our first joint contract with Connectyx Technologies by tapping into our existing BPO relationships. We fully expect that total revenues from our contract with Connectyx are projected to generate Health Care BPO revenues of a minimum of $3 Million in 2013 for Connectyx,” said Kenneth Schwartz, CEO of CallCenterTeam.com.
Boasting a successful career of more than 20 years, Schwartz is a senior CRM/BPO New Business Development & sales executive with an extensive background in on-shore, near-shore and off-shore contact center services, Healthcare Payer, Healthcare Solutions, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals and Strategic Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
Connectyx Technologies was in news last month for announcing the acquisition of U.S.A. Medical Monitoring Services, a company engaged in the Personal Emergency Response Systems/Services (PERS) market.
