Outsourcing Provider Sitel Begins Recruitment Drive at Albuquerque Call Center

Customer care provider Sitel has begun recruitment drive at its customer care call center in Albuquerque. The company is adding new business to this facility and has announced job fairs to fill 200 positions created by this initiative.
The newly hired Albuquerque associates for Sitel’s Albuquerque, New Mexico customer care call center will provide high-quality customer support via inbound calls and dispatch. These services will serve a newly client, which according to Sitel is a company committed to providing safety, security, peace of mind and high quality service to its customers.
“Our site continues to grow as a result of our commitment to hiring outstanding employees who are dedicated to providing excellent service to our customers and clients,” said Manuel Garcia, site director of Sitel's Albuquerque facility, in a statement.
Work-at-home positions for call center staff are also available through Sitel's Work@Home program. Sitel will prefer to hire people with previous customer service experience and strong computer knowledge.

Sitel and New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions are collaborating to host onsite job fair on November 8 and 15 at 9:00 a.m. and 2 p.m. at the company's facility at 4420 The 25 Way.
