TMone Welcomes Jason Falco to its Team as Executive Vice President of Business Development

TMone, a U.S. contact center business process outsourcing (BPO) firm has appointed Jason Falco as Executive Vice President of Business Development, a new position that will support a growing client base throughout TMone's operations. TMone specialize in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Technology Integration and Inside Sales and Customer Service Selling (CSS (News - Alert)).

With more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications, call center operations and managing partner networks, Falco will evolve TMone's sales organization by translating client requirements into operational excellence and drive new company partnerships.
Additionally, he will be responsible for strengthening TMone's relationships to ensure continued success in generating outstanding results as the firm continues to grow. TMone's Business Development group will support new and existing client’s strategic objectives throughout its locations.

Before joining TMone, Falco held many roles in the telecommunications industry. Most recently while at Qwest (News - Alert), he was responsible for 12 contact center partners across 19 locations, and 24 alternative markets partners that generated $280 million in net sales revenue, delivering more than 40 percent of the total high-speed Internet sales for the mass markets segment.
Throughout his career, he has established expertise in sales, marketing, leadership, process improvement and technology management, and will support the company's growth as it helps service providers expand customer bases and improve customer experience.
