Connectyx Technologies is a Healthcare Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company with personal healthcare product offerings and iVox Solutions is a BPO company which will result in servicing new business in the travel, telecom and healthcare sectors. “We are excited to be working with Connectyx in diversifying our client base and maximizing our contact center. We have a great deal of experience in the BPO industry and we look forward to expanding our healthcare domain business through Connectyx,” said Rob Newton, CEO of iVox Solutions, in a statement. “We believe that their unique and innovative products and services, the Life Control and the MedFlash products, will be a win - win for both organizations.” Both companies have signed a Joint Venture Agreement to this end and will work towards promoting PERS, Medical Alert US and MedFlash through iVox's call centers.
