iQor Purchases Assets of CCT Group

iQor (News - Alert), a customer service provider, has successfully completed the acquisition of CCT Group, a provider of shared and hybrid contact center outsourcing solutions, from majority investor Headland Capital Partners.
The blue-chip customer care client base of CCT will help complement iQor’s client profile in key verticals including telecommunications, retail, and business services.
The acquisition will also strengthen iQor’s technology offerings and will further help it extend its global footprint in Latin America and the Philippines. Officials said that the expansion will allow it clients to benefit from a wide set of skills and labor markets across the world.
In a statement, Norm Merritt, President and CEO of iQor said, “The acquisition of the CCT Group is part of our strategic plan to apply our technology-enabled solutions and deep analytics capabilities to a broader platform. We believe acquiring CCT will expand our abilities to offer our respective clients a wider range of technology-enabled solutions and Big Data analysis into the increasingly complex customer experience.”
iQor specializes in providing data-driven, technology-empowered customer support and processing services in the consumer and commercial markets.

In related company news, iQor revealed recently during a special ceremony that it will again expand its operations in the Clark Special Economic Zone in the Philippines with a new contact center that will help create up to 1,000 new jobs.
