Sound Telecom Taps TDS for Call Center Growth

TeleDevelopment Services, business process outsourcing (BPO) call center consulting firm, has been contracted to create rapid call center growth for Seattle-based provider of domestic US call center support services Sound Telecom. Sound Telecom decided to hire TeleDevelopment Services because it aims to rapidly expand in the coming years and thus requires outside help.
TeleDevelopment Services specializes in business growth and management recruitment and will leverage its experience and connections to develop meaningful call center business for Sound.
“TDS provided recruitment assistance to us at first. Then we learned how successful they have been growing other call centers. We knew we were beginning to build a strategic partnership,” said Brian Gabriel, COO of Sound Telecom in a statement.
TeleDevelopment Services performed an exhaustive on-site operations audit for Sound Telecom as part of the TDS due diligence process and realized that its client offers high-performance semi-dedicated and dedicated call center support models.
TDS also realized that Sound Telecom leverages its over two decades of telephone answering service experience to produce a lean, agile and responsive contact center solution.
“Sound Telecom is really quite different,” said Jon Kaplan, president of TDS. “Sound Telecom provides a unique support niche in the call center industry. This type of support is very desirable. We are confident we will help them grow.”
Ultimately Sound Telecom wants to create several jobs and do its bit to bring down the unemployment rate in the country. The company recently unveiled a bilingual call center in Westminster, Colorado and intends to add more to this list.
Earlier this month, Sound Telecom hired Neri Luria as bilingual services manager, as part of a larger effort to support the nationwide growth of the company's bilingual services.
