The Results Companies Chooses ADP's Payroll Solution for Global Scalability

The Results Companies (News - Alert), a customer experience management company and provider of contact center outsourcing services, is using payroll solution from human capital management (HCM) services provider ADP. The company was searching for a solution that could scale globally and be integrated with its in-house Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Human Resources (HR) systems. It decided to choose ADP for its global payroll requirements and improving the efficiency of its more than 7,000 employees in 14 locations around the world.

Today, ADP specializes in providing business outsourcing solutions to its clients. The company is providing The Results Companies with a robust web-based solution called ADP PayForce with Connection. This solution enabled the client to streamline the flow of employee data from its ERP HR system into PayForce. The deployment has delivered several benefits to The Results Companies that is now maintaining its own HR system as the system of record.
ADP also enabled The Results Companies to implement Data Flow Scheduling; and Choice of Data Mappings that is customized to address an organization's needs.

ADP was in news earlier this month for announcing that businesses in San Francisco and northern California partnering with ADP TotalSource have been able to more effectively control the costs, complexities and administrative burdens of human resources management.
