Outsourcing Provider Sitel Expands Workforce to Kentucky Call Center

Call center outsourcing providers, Sitel, is expanding its customer care call center in the city of Glasgow, Ky. Sitel Glasgow call center is going to expand its technical assistance team with the addition of 100 new associates. The recruitment procedure is expected to be over by October.
With a large workforce comprising 57,000 employees, Sitel operates more than 120 domestic, nearshore, and offshore centers in 25 countries across North America, South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia Pacific. With more than 26 years of industry experience, Sitel has twice been ranked as the top overall call center outsourcing provider in Datamonitor's annual Black Book of Outsourcing survey.
The candidates with previous customer service experience and strong computer knowledge will get a competitive edge over the other aspirants, the company said in a press release.

We are excited to expand our team, building on the successes we share with some of the world's largest brands,” site director of Sitel's Glasgow facility Tim Miller commented in a statement.
In order to hunt down the right candidates for the positions, Sitel is hosting an onsite job fair on Friday, September 14, 2012. Qualified candidates are invited to apply in person from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and speak to Sitel HR representatives about career opportunities. Candidates can also apply online in Sitel's "Careers" section at the company website.
Last month Sitel announced that it would recruit for multi-channel customer support positions, adding 350 positions to its customer care call center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
